Shipping policy

We ship from Seattle, Washington, to addresses within the United States.

Standard shipping costs $8 for orders under $70. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after shipment. This estimate does not include order preparation time and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

To protect our chocolates, we pause shipping during hot months and may delay shipments during unusually warm weather. Seasonal availability and shipping notices will appear on our store.

Please check your delivery address carefully and bring your package indoors promptly after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or melted, contact tom@tomschocolates.com with your order number and photos when available so we can help.
